FLUIDYNE Laboratory Stirrers have maintenance free Electric or Air motors driven mixing elements ideally suited for continuous duty stirring and mixing applications. Fluidyne Stirrers have sturdy adjustable stand, low noise, smooth start and stop with heavy duty AC/ DC Universal or Induction Motors ranging from 1/12 HP to 1.5HP. and speed 100 RPM to 15000 RPM. Retort Stand height ranges from 350 mm to 1500 mm. Capacity (depending on viscosity) ranges from 1 liter to 200 liters. Electronic or Autovariac speed control regulators are also provided on request. Coupling is of bush type or self centering chuck type. Material of construction is of Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316. Teflon or PP lined mixing elements also available for specific applications. • DIRECT DRIVE MIXERS : These industrial mixers, stainless steel industrial mixers are compact and have application for low viscosity fluids. They are available in standard speeds of 960, 1400. 2800 RPM and 0.25 HP to 2 HP Induction motor. These mixers are flange mounted on top of tank or clamped to side of tank.
• GEARED DRIVE MIXERS : These industrial mixers are slow speed helical geared mixers and are designed to provide long life and trouble free service in wide variety of viscous and semi- viscous applications. Selection of mixer depends on application, volume, viscosity and specific gravity. Speeds range from 100 RPM to 500 RPM and power range from 0.5 HP to 10 HP. These mixers are flange mounted or bracket/ clamp mounted for top entry or angular entry.
• HIGH SPEED DISPERSER HOMOGENISER : These stainless steel industrial mixers are used for dispersing and homogenizing two or more liquids .They also break up and dissolve powders in liquid. They use either a saw tooth cutter for normal duty and stator- rotor combination for high shear rate applications. The power range is available from 1 HP to 7.5 HP and speeds 1400 RPM and 2800 RPM. Industrial Mixers are available in Stainless Steel SS304, SS316, and Teflon or PP lined material of construction for specific applications.

FLUIDYNE drum mixers are light and portable with electric or air motor and ideal for easy and rapid stirring up suspensions and mixing additives in drums. For convenience and safety the unit incorporates a threaded 2" BSP or NPT bung adaptor nipple to allow mounting on standard 55 gallon ( 205 liter) drum. Models are available with either folding propeller or fixed blades

MODEL LA-100

The lightning protection system consists of Aerial Elevation Rods at 100 M radius with copper spikes, Brackets, Down Conductors and Intermediate Aerial Elevation Rods at every 20 M, Saddle with Clamps and Earth Electrodes.

There are different types of lightning arrestors or thunder spikes available, the important issue being to select the one that will achieve the purpose.

Factors to be considered for selection are mainly peak values of discharged current and voltage. A design specification will be necessary for a particular area. General Design is as per BS6651:1992 code.. Standard Manufacturing range include capacity of 5KV to 36KV and current rating of 5KA or 10KA. The magnitude of the surges is 10kA (10,000A) for station class arresters and 5kA for intermediate and distribution class arresters. Other ranges are offered on request.

The Test Pump is compact weight and can be unbolted to carry easily. Stand is designed in such a way top keep on flat / plane surface and operators without any foundation. Even for high pressure pumps no fixing or foundation is needed. All the working parts are made of stainless steel to the specified pressure. The threaded so that any be easily replaced at site. DESIGN PRINCIPLE

FLUIDYNE Static mixers are a row of carefully designed fixed mixing elements within a pipe ensure mixing between two or more fluids. FLUIDYNE design of static mixer creates very little pressure drop and the greatest amount of mixing.FLUIDYNE mixers are used in blending processes as well as mixing. Static mixers are also called “motionless mixers” This is because the mixing is done by permanently affixed mixing fins, obstructions, or channels mounted in pipes, designed for promoting mixing as fluid flows through the mixes. The criteria for using motionless mixers is to achieve homogeneity of composition in a liquid without the need for external process mixing, which can be very costly and ofter questionable. When sizing/designing a static mixer the main factors to consider is the flow rate and the properties of the fluid, and it is possible to calculate the number of mixing elements required to produce a homogeneous mixture. FLUIDYNE STATIC MIXERS COME IN Type – A (Standard) and Type – B ( with injection port ) as per customer's choice.

FLUIDYNE now offers a complete line of bung entering mixers and drum agitators. First model uses a folding propeller for low viscosity. Other model uses permanent blades and are offered in higher horsepower. All mixers fit through a standard 2" bung on a 210 litre or 55-gallon drum. The Shafts and propellers are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.Folding propellers open to 3-3/4" when pump is in operation. Motors are available in TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled) or explosion proof. Air motors are also available.
