Lightning Arrestor

The offered spike lightning protection rod or air terminals are manufactured using latest technology and pure materials like copper. Lightning Arrestor or Spike Lightning Protection Rod are tested in all the climate conditions and highest quality is maintained.

Lightning Protection System or Lightning Conductor Systems
FLUIDYNE designs lightning protection systems to protect a commercial or residential structure from damage due to lightning strikes by intercepting such strikes and safely passing their extremely high voltage currents to "ground". Lightning protection systems include a network of ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lightning rods, metal conductors, and ground & electrodes designed to provide a low resistance path to ground for potential strikes.

Following are the components of Lightning Protection System (LPS) :-
Air Terminals
Use air terminals in the form of vertical air rods for directing and receiving the lightning strikes for transmission to the earth. Choose the right air terminal based on equipment building or geographical area.

Air Terminal Base
Choose the correct air terminal base. This will ensure that the vertical air rods are both solidly fixed to the fabric of the structure and have a low resistance connection to the conductor network. 

Air Terminal Network
The air termination network is the point of connection for a lightning strike. It typically consists of a meshed conductor arrangement covering the roof of the structure.

Lightning Conductors
First choose the material required, i.e. copper or aluminium then choose the type of conductor required, i.e. tape, solid circular or stranded.

Conductor Fixing Saddle
Select the correct system of fixings for each part of the conductor system. Fixings are available for a wide range of modern construction materials.

Earth Terminal Network
The means of dissipating the current to the general mass of earth.

Earth Electrodes
Choose an earth electrode to suit the ground conditions in the locality of the structure. Electrodes are available in the form of readymade electrodes or rods and plates.

FLUIDYNE Manual Hydro Test Pump
Fluidyne manual hydraulic test pump or hand test pump are manufactured in our Mumbai factory under stringent quality control and are of robust design suitable for durability and accurate service. Fluidyne manual hydro test pump or hand test pump are suitable for testing up to 15000 psi (1000 kg/cm2). Fluidyne manual hydraulic test pumps are suitable for testing Boilers and parts, pressure vessels, castings, fabricated parts, pipelines, gas cylinders, pressure parts, etc. Pump is provided with C.S./ G.I./ SS 304 or SS316 reservoir. Hose connection in ½” to 1” in BSP or NPT is provided. Accessories like high pressure hose, check valves, pressure safety valves, pressure gauges are provided on request.

FLUIDYNE Electric Hydro Test Pump
Fluidyne electric hydraulic test pumps are also manufactured in our Mumbai factory and are safe and of robust design suitable for durability and accurate and long service. Fluidyne electric hydro test pump or hand test pump are suitable for testing up to 2000 psi (140 kg/cm2). Fluidyne electric hydraulic test pumps are suitable for testing Boilers and parts, pressure vessels, castings, fabricated parts, pipelines, gas cylinders, pressure parts, etc. Motors are totally enclosed, fan cooled, overload protected and capable of running on 50/60 Hz. Hose connection in ½” to 1” in BSP or NPT is provided. Pressure regulator with inlet pass is provided. Accessories like high pressure hose, check valves, pressure safety valves and pressure gauges are provided on request.

FLUIDYNE Air Operated Test Pump Assembly
Fluidyne Air-Hydro Test Pump or Air Operated Hydro Test Pump is a versatile pump designed for performing a “hydro test” or "proof test" on tubing, piping, sprinkler systems, fire extinguisher cylinders, boilers, pressure vessels, components and castings. It has a hydraulic cylinder coupled to a larger size reciprocating pneumatic cylinder which multiplies the air pressure to give a much higher hydraulic pressure. When the pressures are matched the reciprocation of the air cylinder automatically stops. The pressure build up is automatic, steady and smooth and the same can be controlled by regulating the air pressure through an air pressure regulator. It is ideal for all kind of hydro-testing jobs for testing tubes, pipes, pressure vessels, tanks, fabricated components and castings.
